I have studied Mental Health, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and the principles and practice of Logotherapy. I continue to expand my knowledge through ongoing professional education as I work towards formal therapeutic qualifications.

Combined with extensive first-hand experience and years of working with individuals, I have developed a deep understanding of human behaviour, mental wellbeing, relationships, and the diverse expressions of BDSM, fetishism, kink, and alternative sexual interests.

I work as a BDSM consultant, offering a thoughtful, impartial, and non-judgemental approach. My aim is to provide a confidential space where clients can explore their thoughts, desires, and experiences with clarity, validation, and practical guidance.

Many people with unconventional sexual interests or relationship dynamics still experience shame, misunderstanding, or fear of judgement. While BDSM and fetish practices have become more widely recognised and accepted, misconceptions and stigma remain.

There is a genuine need for a safe, discreet environment where people can ask questions, explore their interests, better understand themselves, or simply speak openly

without fear of criticism.

Having fantasies, fetishes, or interests that differ from the mainstream does not make someone "crazy," abnormal, or broken. When explored safely, ethically, and consensually, these interests are a valid part of human diversity.

The alternative lifestyle community includes experienced professionals who can offer support, education, and guidance. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, establish healthy boundaries, build confidence, and make informed decisions while respecting their individual needs and experiences.
